I want to increase my followers both on twitter and ustream, how do I go about this?

I’ve been getting bored of Twitter and need more followers. how do you ge more followers on Twitter?

So I was thinking abt getting a twitter page and i wanted to know if anybody knew any websites I can go to to get more followers or if you have any suggestions on how i can get alot of followers on twitter.

A website like spreadmytweets. They deleted their website but by a click of a button it got you hundreds of followers per minute and it didnt matter if you unfollowed. Everytime I try to add a symbol, twitter won’t allow me to, but some of my followers have symbols in their username. Does anyone know how they do it?
